Delivery And Shipping
Most order ship within 24-72 hours (1-3 business working days). We are not your normal internet store that has a mass of people working around the clock to get orders out. This is still a garaged-based small business and we try our very best to get orders out quickly. Please be patient.
The exception is when we are on tour for an expo, then we ship immediately upon returning.
*Free Shipping promotion applies to domestic orders only. Standard USPS shipping.
To keep shipping costs as low as possible for you, we use USPS first class and priority shipping for domestic orders. USPS ranges from 1-5 business days and Priority ranges from 1-3. These are estimations given to us from the post office and are NOT a guaranteed time frame for shipping. If you need faster shipping - email us so we can accommodate your needs. We do offer Express which ranges from 1-2 business days depending on the time of day you place that order.
Flex Comics is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. Flex Comics is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS, FedEX, and/or UPS.
*Any domestic order returned back to us for either having insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., Customer will have to pay for reshipment of package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange.
**Any international order returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., Customer will have to pay for Express International Shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
We try our best to provide you with sizing charts to avoid returns and exchanges. Sometimes it just doesn't fit and you need to get something that does. We want you to have total confidence when buying from us. If you're unsatisfied for any reason contact us at email@example.com.
- No Returns or exchanges after 10 days.
- Only store credit or exchanges allowed after 7 days.
- We are unable to modify your order after 24 hours.
- We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. No exceptions.
- No Returns or exchanges on Sale & Last Chance Items (use the sizing chart!)
- No Returns on Shaker Cups due to obvious Hygienic reasons. (How would you like to wonder if the shaker we sell you was returned by someone else?)
- No Returns or Refunds on Leggings, Bottoms, and Shorts - No exceptions. These are designed to be worn with or without underwear based on personal preference. Due to this possibility we can not accept returns. Please use the sizing chart before ordering. When in doubt, go a size up.
- No Returns or Refunds on Mystery Items (Including, but not limited to, Dirty Bulk Bags, Mystery Tees, Tanks, Racerbacks)
- All sales are final outside the U.S.
I have a free ship code, what can I use that for?
If you are lucky enough to have a free ship code, usually only given in person from us, it can be used for free domestic regular first class mail. You can select overnight, but you'll get regular - if you need faster, pay for it.
My tracking number isn't working!
We print your order along with the tracking information. It still has to be taken to the post office and scanned in by them to become active. Please be patient for this to activate. If for example, you receive an email on Sunday saying your order has shipped, it is very likely that you'll need to wait until Mid-Monday to see that working.
Do you ship Worldwide?
Yes! We want the world to enjoy our humor. However, we also have little control over the packages once they leave the country. We do provide tracking information, but there is no guarantee other check points along the destination will comply with that tracking number. We also have no control over your local customs or import taxes (your responsibility) In rare cases, we have seen packages take 5 months to reach remote destination. If you know it's difficult to receive mail where you live, but still want to order from us, all we ask is that you remain patient. International orders are at your own risk. We will not refund or resend international orders that are lost or undelivered.
Are there any additional fees to get my international order?
Possibly. Your country can charge a tax on any incoming goods. This appears to be random. We've only had a few instances where our fans have had to pay additional tax to get their products out of thousands of orders. Unfortunately, if you want what you ordered, you'll need to pay this. We are not responsible for any additional fees and charges.
Quality and Washing Instructions
All garments are individually hand screen-printed. To ensure the quality and integrity of the garment, we suggest washing them on a machine was cold setting with an initial water temperature not exceeding 65-80˚F.
All garments and fabrics are blends, or pre-shrunk to ensure a true fit after washing. To preserve the print for as long as possible we recommend washing your Flex Apparel inside out.
